Production

Premix production facility

  • Fully automated production line for premixes, Van Aarsen (the Netherlands). Capacity - 24 K tons/year, mixing homogeneity - 1/100 K, dose delivery accuracy - up to 10 g/ton.

Concentrates and prestarters production facility

  • Fully automated production line for feeds and concentrates, Van Aarsen (the Netherlands). Capacity - 25 600 tons/year. A line for complex multi-feeds, a unique technology of “soft” pellets production, optimal granulation temperature (to preserve the activity of biologically active additives).

The production is ISO 22000 and HACCP certified.
