Laboratory

The production and technical laboratory of AgroBalt trade LLC controls carefully the supplied raw materials, finished goods, storage conditions and everything that may have an impact on the quality and safety of our products. Our laboratory’s competence is proved with the certificate of attestation and passage of various interlaboratory comparative tests at the high level on a regular basis.

Everything is perfect in the laboratory, in particular:

  1. EQUIPMENT – up-to-date instruments and reliable checked methods live friendly side-by-side in our laboratory and help to reach the result quickly and accurately.

    We have the express moisture meters, spectrophotometer to determine the micro components, calcium, phosphorus and carbamide, ion meter, Capel to determine the amino acids and vitamins of the Group B, instruments to determine the nutrition value and NIRs infrared analyzer made by FOSS that allow to know quickly the detailed composition of the protein raw materials and combined fodders. All testing equipment is calibrated and maintained regularly and that is why our instruments serve us in good faith. We also have a room to determine the toxicity, and the sample of each protein raw material and combined fodder pass through it along the scheme. The small animals, which are invisible without a microscope, help us to separate the good from the doubtful and allow only the qualitative products to reach the consumer. In case of a negative result, we send the samples to the external accredited laboratories that assist to make a final conclusion on the toxicity.

  2. METHODS – accessible methods, including the proprietary ones, help to choose the best and most qualitative raw materials for our production and study the finished products so that to be sure in their quality.
  3. STAFF – only experienced specialists with a special education, magic hands and responsible proper approach. The professional level of these employees is constantly raised through training, workshops and self-improvement.
  4. REGULAR SELF-INSPECTIONS – to exclude any faults in operation of the equipment or human factors.


Chemical Laboratory

Technical Control Department

The Technical Control Department selects the samples of supplied raw materials and finished goods, supervises proper implementation of the technical operations and controls the storage conditions at the warehouses. The chemical laboratory examines the sample thoroughly in order to prevent any false product or raw material with the nutrition values not corresponding to the plant’s specification.
